Responsible for supporting the sales force (20+ sales representatives) to help them achieve a competitive edge in getting more Title and Escrow business transactions by doing relevant research and creating and publishing original marketing materials on a daily basis (brochures, flyers, monthly calendars of events). I generated monthly email campaigns (such as local niche marketing, things happening around San Diego) and monthly informative newsletter to real estate agents with up-to-date market situation and real estate trends, as well as any relevant updates in RE regulations. I created targeted Facebook and other social media advertisement for sales reps and escrow officers and maintained them with regular updates. In addition, I designed, maintained and updated websites for individual reps. I also created and maintained clients’ database through MyEMMA.

Responsible for sales reps’ daily requests, by doing research, creating and publishing brochures and flyers on demand and on site. Also, I created various pre-planned materials (such as invites and educational brochures) and I coordinated seminars and meetings. My support extended through various departments and individual staff members (Title, Escrow, Customer Service, HR).

Responsible of handling multiple projects requested by the sales team, using various design desktop publishing software to create b/w or color flyers and brochures. I regularly had met with current and new clients to assist them with marketing requests, discuss and provide ideas with customized and original approach, in order to acquire more business. Also, I coordinated and negotiated with vendors on promotional items purchases for better quality and pricing.
